The sense of the changes we are creating in the ether is becoming more and more intense for those who are sensitive to energy. The message of empowering ourselves to embrace the possibility of a shift in consciousness any time soon is everywhere.
Meanwhile, I believe not enough of us are taking responsibility for creating the 'push' we will need for positive change. The thoughts we have, the energy we generate now is what matters. Starting tomorrow isn't going to work. We are in the process now and what we think and do now is affecting our evolution; yes, what you are thinking now is already affecting our evolution.
Yet now, today in this moment, more of us are consumers than creators; we eat and drink more, buy more clothes, use more products and generally discard more and more rubbish! In this senses-overloaded, advertising-saturated world of commercialism our focus is 'pushed' intently on products for instant satisfaction – on products that provide solutions to our 'illusionary' problems.
It seems our left-brain self-obsessed way of being has become increasingly insensitive to our natural right-brain creativity. The current trend is to give up any skill increasing ideas long before we can achieve anything satisfying, in favour of a quick fix. The resultant frustration and laziness adds significantly to self-induced stagnation of energy, low self-esteem and ultimately is leading us into an obesity epidemic.
So what can we do as individuals to help bring about the kind of social and evolutionary transformation that is so obviously required? How can we reclaim the power that we unwittingly discard on a daily basis?
The simple act of being creative is natural, it stems from our continuous, loving connection with the creative force. It is only ever blocked by our thoughtless denial of its existence in any moment. The ‘I can't' thought! That denial made convincingly real by our own fears, by our ego, by our subconscious guilt. The false idea we buy into, that no matter what we do, it won't make a difference.
To overcome this fear of failure, we simply must realize that we can and do create our lives, that our ability to create can surpass any obstacle. This desire to create is not so much an individual process, but a ritual, an altered state of awareness that stems from the underused right-side of our brain and from our personal intention to maintain our connection with the Omniversal Mind.
There are many ways to enter this altered state. Some of these triggers happen naturally when we push the boundaries of our abilities, in the arts, in a sport, in a hobby, or in an activity that we enjoy. We literally move outside the box and embrace the power of 'Oneness'. When we are completely focused on our creativity, the left-brain ego stops controlling, time flies, every act, idea and intention seems to flow seamlessly from the previous one. The whole being is drawn in, and individual skills are enhanced to the maximum. The power of this connectedness establishes bonds, relationships that are not about power and win-lose, but about cooperation and win-win. This new relationship is service-oriented rather than self-oriented and is for most of us a radical shift, a commitment to personal and social transformation.
This social transformation is the outcome of an internal change. Changed thoughts and intentions will reflect outwards to increase skill and satisfaction. The addiction to fear-based over eating, drinking and all quick-fix solutions will be diminished, giving rise to feelings that we are all part of the creative force; part of the Oneness that generates the evolution of all. In fact this truth can only ever be momentarily 'concealed' when the animalistic survival mechanism of the left-brain is unleashed and fear surfaces.
In my own experience, learning to trigger the right brain has given me a completely new set of parameters for creating my life and reducing my fears. Not only has it increased my psychic ability, but it has also improved my ability for other tasks as well. The most apparent of these is being able to overcome my fear of heights. By using right-brain trigger techniques, I can ward off the panic normally set off by my fear of heights, so that I could actually climb to the top of a telegraph pole. To this day I often look at a photo of me standing on top of the telegraph pole and smile, knowing that just months before, this feat would not have been possible!
I am still amazed that the solutions to our perceived dilemmas are so simple, and that these simple and often enjoyable solutions are often overlooked. Why? Because the left-brain ego values the complicated and intricate, choosing to believe that science and the intellect will find the best solutions to our problems; that the arts and intuitive aspects of the mind are unworthy of serious consideration and only useful for enjoyment and social activities.
During this amazing time of change I urge you to change your perspective and discover your creator within. Focus your energy on what you would like to create, rather than on what you don't want, and be clear about what you want to create. Know that if your life isn't quite what you would like, you have the power to change it now. Remember you can tune into the artist's voice whenever you feel the need and ask for answers, spoken by the voice that whispers truth and creative solutions, beneath the bellowing noise of the complicated and self-serving left-brain. You do know and feel the difference.
Stay tuned!
