CHRISTIAN ROSENKREUTZ Rudolf Steiner
Rudolf Steiner reveals Christian Rosenkreutz as a figure of immense significance to human evolution, labouring during successive incarnations, and also in the worlds beyond the veil of death, to bring about a regeneration of the divine-human being. He puts Christian Rosenkreutz forward as one of the great spiritual Masters of all time, and suggests that many of us, whether knowingly or unknowingly, may be his pupils. How may we know whether this is the case? Steiner gives some indications that we can follow, using our own spiritual awareness. Much controversy has arisen about Rosicrucians since the publication, in the early 17th century, of the three Rosicrucian Manifestos: the Fama Fraternitatis, the Confessio, and the Alchemical Wedding. Do genuine Rosicrucians exist, or is the whole thing just a spoof? And do modern groups calling themselves ?Rosicrucian? have any real connection with Christian Rozenkreuz? Rudolf Steiner offers helpful suggestions as to how we ourselves can discern answers to these questions.
